Is it gentle on the skin?
Yes: the thread only takes the hair, with no wax or products on the skin. That's why sensitive skin loves it.
Thread or wax?
It's the same brow rehabilitation: thread if your skin is sensitive or under treatment; wax or tweezers if you prefer speed.
Want more than the shape?
Ask about henna (color and a fill-in effect), brow lamination (a brushed-up look for weeks) or microblading (semi-permanent hair strokes).
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, with 48 hours' notice or more: your deposit is saved for your new date.

Cancellation policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and your deposit will be kept for your new date.
If the request is received with less notice or you do not attend, the deposit will be non-refundable, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.

Before booking
What you should know
- Deposit to secure your appointment. Paid when booking and deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.
- Changes with 48 hours' notice. With that notice, your deposit moves to your new date.
- 15-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is cancelled, out of respect for the next client.
- Deposits are non-refundable. With less notice or a missed appointment, the deposit is lost.
