Política de reservas y devoluciones

Entendemos que pueden surgir imprevistos. Si necesitas cancelar o cambiar tu cita, contáctanos con al menos 48 horas de anticipación y tu depósito se mantiene para tu nueva fecha.
Si la solicitud se recibe con menos tiempo o no asistes, el depósito no será reembolsable, ya que ese horario estaba reservado exclusivamente para ti.
Productos
- Producto dañado o equivocado: escríbenos dentro de los 7 días siguientes a recibirlo y te lo cambiamos. Nosotros nos encargamos del envío.
- Devoluciones: aceptamos productos sin abrir y en su empaque original dentro de los 15 días siguientes a recibirlos. El reembolso se hace al mismo método de pago.
- Por higiene, no aceptamos devoluciones de productos abiertos o usados. Las gift cards no son reembolsables.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and your deposit will be kept for your new date.
If the request is received with less notice or you do not attend, the deposit will be non-refundable, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.
Products
- Damaged or incorrect item: contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will replace it. We take care of the shipping.
- Returns: we accept unopened products in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.
